Other Honolulu shopping centers include Waikiki’s International Market Place, the Ala Moana mega-mall, and the Ward Warehouse. The International Market Place and Ala Moana are great places to shop for souvenirs; the Market place has more than a 100 shops and Ala Moana features numerous international shops. If you are hungry, try out the Farmer’s Market which is held on Saturdays.
Of course, Waikiki and Pearl Harbor are Honolulu’s most well-known attractions. Thousands of visitors come to Pearl Harbor each year to pay to tribute to those who died there in 1941. Visit the USS Arizona Memorial and the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and be touched by the stories of these war heroes.
