FlightsFinder.com is a flight search platform that compares the world's leading flight comparison sites.
Instead of relying on the results of a single flight search engine, FlightsFinder enables travellers to compare results across multiple leading flight comparison platforms from one place.
Our purpose is simple: to provide an additional, transparent layer of comparison so travellers can identify price differences, compare more of the market and make better-informed booking decisions.
FlightsFinder.com is a meta-meta flight search platform. Traditional flight comparison sites search airlines, travel agents and other booking sources. FlightsFinder adds another comparison layer by enabling travellers to compare results from multiple flight search and comparison platforms.
Prices and flight combinations can differ between comparison engines because each platform may use different suppliers, commercial relationships, search technologies and inventory sources.
FlightsFinder therefore encourages travellers to compare multiple sources before booking rather than assuming that any single comparison engine will always produce the lowest available price.
FlightsFinder.com is not an online travel agent and does not issue airline tickets directly. When a traveller chooses an option, they may be referred to an airline, travel agency, comparison platform or other third-party provider to complete the booking.
FlightsFinder was created around a simple observation: different flight comparison sites can display different prices for the same journey.
“You have the potential to save hundreds on a single flight (by comparing the aggregators).”
— Jason Cochran ~ Frommer's Editor-in-Chief
This independent advice reflects the principle on which FlightsFinder was built. No single flight comparison site necessarily produces the same results as another, which is why comparing more than one source can give travellers a broader view of the available options.
Comparing those sites manually can mean repeating the same search across several platforms. FlightsFinder was developed to make that process easier by bringing multiple flight-search options together in one place.
Our objective is not to tell travellers that one comparison engine is always best. It is to make price differences more visible so consumers can compare for themselves.
FlightsFinder.com traces its origins to 2008, when it was founded by British web developer and entrepreneur Shahab Siddiqui under the CheapFlightsFinder.com name.
The service developed from Siddiqui's experience comparing airfare search engines and noticing that different platforms could return materially different results for the same itinerary.
The business subsequently evolved into FlightsFinder.com, with the core concept remaining the same: giving travellers a way to compare multiple flight-search platforms rather than relying on only one.
Over the years, FlightsFinder.com and its founder have been featured, cited or covered by a range of travel, consumer and news publications.

Founder & CEO of FlightsFinder.com
Shahab Siddiqui founded FlightsFinder.com and has worked in online travel search and flight-comparison technology since 2008.
He founded the original CheapFlightsFinder.com service while receiving regular kidney dialysis treatment. Born with spina bifida, Siddiqui used periods spent in hospital to develop the original flight-comparison platform.
His work has focused on airfare comparison, flight-search technology and helping consumers understand why prices can vary between different travel search platforms.
Siddiqui has provided commentary and been featured in national and international media covering airfare, consumer travel and flight search.

A traveller enters their journey details once. FlightsFinder then provides access to results from multiple flight-search and comparison platforms so those results can be compared from one convenient interface.
Because prices can vary between platforms, we encourage travellers to check several comparison sources before booking.
This approach is at the heart of FlightsFinder's “Compare the Comparison Sites” philosophy.
FlightsFinder also provides additional travel-search tools covering areas such as hotels, car rental and other travel services.
FlightsFinder provides access to a selection of established flight-search and travel-comparison platforms.
Depending on the market, route and search type, these may include:
The platforms available may change over time as integrations, markets and commercial relationships evolve.
FlightsFinder.com is an independent comparison service and is not owned by any of the comparison platforms displayed.
We aim to feature established travel search and comparison services that provide useful coverage for FlightsFinder users.
Factors we may consider include market coverage, availability of flight-search results, reputation and operating history, technical compatibility, geographical relevance and usefulness to travellers.
The inclusion of a platform does not mean that FlightsFinder guarantees every price, supplier or booking experience provided by that third party.
FlightsFinder.com is free for travellers to use.
We may earn referral or advertising revenue when users click through to certain travel providers or comparison platforms, and in some cases when a qualifying booking or other action takes place.
Commercial relationships help fund the operation and development of FlightsFinder.com.
Where appropriate, sponsored or commercial placements are identified for users.
Our goal is to give travellers access to multiple comparison options while being transparent about the commercial nature of our service.
Airfares are dynamic and can change rapidly. Prices displayed by airlines, travel agents and flight comparison services may change between searches or may depend on availability, currency, location, baggage requirements and other booking conditions.
FlightsFinder therefore treats flight comparison as an ongoing search process rather than assuming that one provider will consistently be cheapest.
Where we publish price studies, airfare analysis or market commentary, we aim to explain the routes, dates, comparison sources and methodology used so readers can understand how the findings were produced.
FlightsFinder.com has been covered by national, international and specialist travel publications during its history.
