FlightsFinder.com traces its origins to 2008, when it was founded by British web developer and entrepreneur Shahab Siddiqui under the CheapFlightsFinder.com name.
The service developed from Siddiqui's experience comparing airfare search engines and noticing that different platforms could return materially different results for the same itinerary.
The business subsequently evolved into FlightsFinder.com, with the core concept remaining the same: giving travellers a way to compare multiple flight-search platforms rather than relying on only one.

Shahab Siddiqui founded FlightsFinder.com and has worked in online travel search and flight-comparison technology since 2008.
He founded the original CheapFlightsFinder.com service while receiving regular kidney dialysis treatment. Born with spina bifida, Siddiqui used periods spent in hospital to develop the original flight-comparison platform.
His work has focused on airfare comparison, flight-search technology and helping consumers understand why prices can vary between different travel search platforms.
